Terry relocated from Wisconsin to the Tampa Bay area in 1969. He has been a REALTOR® for over 15 years and sold homes from Clermont to Englewood including all areas of Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater. Furthermore, he is an inventor with three Utility Patents and oversaw the City of Tampa, Public Safety communications for 36 years. During that career, he was the communication leader for major events including 3 Super Bowls and the 2012 Republican National Convention.

In his rare downtime, Terry enjoys trail riding in his Jeep TJ that he named “Roll Tide”, bike- riding around beautiful Tampa, especially along the Riverwalk and places like Armature Works and the Tampa Bay Lightning games. Also, he loves hiking to waterfalls in the mountains and kayaking the amazing rivers around Florida.

He raised two awesome children (girl and boy) who have grown into amazing adults who are serving their communities. His daughter is the Director of a drug treatment facility and his son is a Senior Emergency Medical Dispatcher and EMT. They both are married; each has a beautiful little girl; his son also has two stepchildren. This qualifies as his proudest accomplishment since he raised them as a single father after their mother passed away from cancer when they were little.
